@ Ruthless Grip
The final reading in the Fall 2005 Ruthless Grip reading series at Washington Printmakers Gallery takes place this Saturday, December 12, 7:30 pm and features poetry by Ryan Walker and Lewis Warsh.

RYAN WALKER is a Yellow Supremicist currently living in Washington, DC. He works as a freela/nce web cons/ultant and has a bird named Arnold. Ryan has a chapbook of poetry, Enjoy Potion (The Interrupting Cow, 2004). He has fiction in Submodern Fiction (2005).

LEWIS WARSH's recent books include Ted's Favorite Skirt (2002), The Origin of the World (2001), Touch of the Whip (2001), Debtor's Prison (a collaboration with Julie Harrison, 2001), and Money Under the Table (1999). A double CD, The Origin of the World, appeared in 2005, from Deerhead Records/Ugly Duckling. He is co-editor, with Anne Waldman, of The Angel Hair Anthology (2001), and editor and publisher of United Artists Books. He is Associate Professor in the English Department at Long Island University in Brooklyn.

Washington Printmakers Gallery is located at 1732 Connecticut Ave, second floor, between R and S Streets, several blocks north of the Dupont Circle Q Street Metro exit. This readings have a $3 cover charge (on a sliding scale for anyone who really needs to slide by) with proceeds going to the space and the readers.
