At night the gables, ducts,
and rooftop air conditioners. Yellow windows some other colored windows enough chunks of shape to last me. In D.C. because the buildings aren't tall you can see a lot more rooves. Like in Puerto Vallerta. Additionally there's a crane or two, some stars, a few recognizable icons some people probably want to feel ambivalent about. Trees erase dark tree-shapes from some of the edifices. There's even hills like in L.A. or Boulder. Some people think it's actually not a real city. Such rumors are impossible to destroy. |
